Striving for excellence and continuous improvement and pursuing expertise and skill in one’s area of focus It is extremely important to outshine ourselves all the time. Do something better than what we did last time. Focus on an area and be a master of it. We will have team leads, not managers. Everyone is an individual contributor in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, playing their roles diligently to bring this act together in the most collaborative fashion. Hence, it becomes extremely crucial for everyone to be a master at what they do. Focus on the customer’s interest and deliver it with the best intent. People who do not learn from history become history. It’s okay to make mistakes, but it’s not okay to repeat the same mistakes over and over again. It’s even worse not to share our learnings with others to save them from making the same mistake. We are students for life.
